Don't know your KiwiSaver provider?

Do you want to check how your investment is tracking but don't know your KiwiSaver login or provider?  Here are a couple of options. Both of them will require you to know your IRD number.

Option 1:  Login to your myIR or contact the IRD

The IRD will be able to tell you who your KiwiSaver Provider is. You will need your IRD number handy. Once you know who your provider is, you can then contact them to get more information on the exact fund you are in and your KiwiSaver login details.

Once you know your provider, you can complete the KiwiSaver HealthCheck to receive personalised KiwiSaver recommendations.

Option 2: Transfer to one of the KiwiSaver providers we work with, and we'll get the information

We have arrangements with more than 12 KiwiSaver providers in New Zealand such as Milford, Fisher Funds, ANZ, PathFinder, Booster, Generate, and many more. This allows us to view our client's KiwiSaver Funds and Balance. This helps us recommend if that is the right provider for them, or if they should change.

If you do not know your current KiwiSaver provider, we can’t provide any specific recommendations or advice about whether a transfer to one of these providers will be best for you because we do not know your current situation. Despite this, you can still decide to transfer to one of the KiwiSaver providers we work with. If you do, it is important you are aware of the risks and benefits of this decision so you can make an informed decision.

Risks:

    • Transferring between providers may have unintended consequences and may not be the best solution for you.
    • You may pay more in fees with your new provider as compared to the old one.
    • You may also have some transaction costs as you sell down your KiwiSaver investment in your old provider and move to the new fund.
